Bev Dodd is a talented human resource development consultant who works with a range of clients in the public and private sector.
An enthusiastic and passionate people developer, she has 30 years’ experience in a variety of human resource development and management roles.
She is skilled in management development, organisational development, change management, team development and team/group facilitation, and personal development.
Bev has recently supported local authorities in Manchester and Merseyside to develop and implement workforce planning processes. She has also project managed a capacity building programme for Cheshire and Warrington local authorities and delivered management development programme events for a North East pharmaceutical company.
She worked for six years in HR and training at Network Rail (previously Railtrack), and was responsible for delivering a complete HR service to the North West region.
She has also worked across a wide range of public sector organisations, including: Salford City Council, South Ribble Borough Council, Greater Manchester Police, and the Duchy of Lancaster Magistrates’ Courts.
Bev is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
