This 2 day programme, hosted in our contemporary urban training suite close to Piccadilly station, aims to give managers a solid grounding in coaching skills that they can use flexibly ‘on the job’, or in more structured coaching sessions with their team or individuals. Managers will gain reassurance and confidence that the skills they use in coaching their staff are grounded in best practice.

Participants typically come from a wide range of public sector backgrounds and there are many opportunities to learn from each other
