Coaching your staff is an effective way of maximising the talent and resources you have.
The ability to coach staff skilfully is set to become a core management and leadership competency over the coming years and this course will offer a solid and professional grounding in the core skills needed.
This 2 day programme, hosted in our contemporary urban training suite close to Piccadilly station, aims to give managers a solid grounding in coaching skills that they can use flexibly ‘on the job’, or in more structured coaching sessions with their team or individuals. Managers will gain reassurance and confidence that the skills they use in coaching their staff are grounded in best practice.
