Karen joined ODS in January 2008 from Manchester Business School where she spent six years providing support to academic staff in Organisational Behaviour and Centre for Public Policy and Management subject area groups. Prior to this Karen used her language expertise working in customer liaison roles with two international companies.

Karen provides wide-ranging support to the ODS team and ensures efficient and seamless organisation and preparation of all our materials.

Karen is currently developing her project management skills within the working environment.
