Jackie joined ODS as a senior consultant in February 2009 and her experience in the NHS spans 27 years. She spent her early career as a nurse and has worked in a range of settings and organisations including acute, primary care and strategic health authorities - working in both operational and strategic roles. More latterly her career has focused on organisational development, working on strategic projects with teams and individuals to deliver workforce redesign and service improvements, leadership development and change management. Jackie held a leading role for strategic leadership development across the Greater Manchester health economy.

Prior to joining ODS, Jackie was an Associate Director of Organisational Development at a Primary Care Trust. Jackie is an experienced facilitator and organisation development practitioner. She has designed and delivered a range of interventions at organisation, board, team and individual level. Whilst in post Jackie lead the OD functions for both the provider and commissioner sides of the PCT.

Jackie’s work focuses on enhancing the performance of individuals and organisations. She has a personal passion for helping organisations and clients develop and change. She uses a range of tools and techniques - coaching techniques, psychometric tools and strategies to meet individual and organisational needs.

A qualified practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) her approach uses an interactive style, and is based on supporting, developing and challenging.

Jackie is an experienced 360 degree feedback facilitator, and coach; she has worked as a coach and mentor with senior executives and middle and junior managers in both the NHS and local authorities. Jackie is currently studying for a post-graduate diploma in executive coaching and mentoring.
