Julian Bond is a Senior Fellow at Manchester Business School and Head of Executive Education in the Innovation Management & Policy Division.

He has a strong track record in personnel, training and organisational development across the public and private sector. Previous employers include: Manchester City Council, Holiday Inns Worldwide, the Department of Employment and the Greater Manchester Strategic Health Authority.

Julian is skilled at designing and implementing organisational development interventions aimed at helping organisations, teams and individuals to achieve sustainable, appropriate and meaningful change.

He joined Manchester Business School in July 2005, and in his current role is responsible for executive education, postgraduate teaching and research.

He leads and teaches on the Organisational Behaviour Module of the MSc in Healthcare Management, working with domestic and international students on issues around strategic change. He also works globally, teaching and facilitating sessions on change management, service and business planning.

Julian is Manchester Business School’s leading expert on the application and interpretation of Myers Briggs Type Indicator, practically applying the tool to help individuals, teams and boards to function more effectively together.
