Liz Kundi is an experienced consultant and coach with a career in HR, training, and organisational development stretching back nearly 20 years.
Since 2008, she has run her own successful consultancy based in Manchester – delivering projects including coaching for a leadership development programme for NHS managers and helping a large PCT develop its long-term OD strategy.
The move to consultancy followed five years with Oldham Council as an OD consultant in a highly strategic role, developing and implementing large scale projects aimed at delivering a significant culture change among the authority’s 7,500-strong workforce.
Liz has extensive experience of the healthcare, local government, not-for-profit and private sectors, including roles with semi-conductor manufacturer Zetex Plc, K2 Direct Mail, Trent Health, Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust, and Oldham Training and Enterprise Council.
She is a qualified Investors in People assessor and advisor, and an administrator for the Saville and Holdsworth occupational tests.
