What does the ODS Team away day package offer?
ODS recognise that to have a successful away day, employees must be given time to interact. That is why we offer tailor-made packages to suit your bespoke requirements. Some examples of expertise we can offer are:
-Action Learning-ODS can give an introduction to the principles of action learning to take back to your organisation. -Change management- How to best support your organisation through a period of change. -Developing productivity within a team environment- exploring areas such as emotional intelligence, motivation techniques and the impact that psychological contracts -Myers Briggs- What personality types do you have in your team- and how can you work together effectively? (Typically offering an individual assessment pre-away day and feedback session (individual or team) -Productive and effective meetings- Providing a practical mix of tools and techniques equipping participants with the skills to start changing the culture and tone of meetings. Meeting room facilities: ODS’s training centre consists of a Training room which can accommodate up to 15 people with a state of the art interactive smart board. A meeting room for up to 8 people for smaller teams and break out areas for group discussions and breaks. ODS can provide stationary if required, and lunch and light refreshments can be ordered at an additional cost.
