We want to challenge the stereotypical view of management consultancy by demonstrating that we can make a real difference to how inpiduals, teams and organisations work. We want ODS to be on peoples minds when they are looking to find an organisation that can work with them through challenging and tough times - using experience, latest research and evidence by challenging the status quo. Our philosophy is to be bold and brave.

Our current projects include the innovative ODS Population Centric Workforce Planning Model, the Improving Service Experience Project and the NHS East of England Children's Assessment Units Project.

Last week ODS Ltd was one of the sponsors of the Inaugural Patient Experience Network National Awards.

The key note speaker Joan Saddler, the National Director for Patient and Public Affairs at the Department of Health outlined the importance of Patient experience:

“Understanding and improving patient experience is central to a more effective NHS. It does not exist in splendid isolation; we know that good patient experience can lead to better clinical outcomes.
