Stuart joined ODS in May 2008.  Stuart’s extensive and invaluable hands-on nursing experience has included management of a busy accident and emergency department, development of training and education and a trust wide emergency services collaborative improvement project.  While working within the NHS, Stuart’s personal experience of improvement methodologies and change management led to a keen interest in this area and in November 2005 he joined NHS National Workforce Projects to develop his skills as a project manager.

Stuart has delivered a wide range of workforce planning and capability development programmes and resources; his approach combines a genuine understanding of the pressures faced within the public sector and a strong desire to effect positive change.

Stuart is a member of the Advanced Trauma Nursing Course Steering Committee and teaches on both provider and instructor courses.
